New way to find Gannett sweepstakes - as of August 07, 2023
Gannett has changed the way you access their newspaper websites
choose Method # 1 or Method # 2
to find a newspaper and a sweepstakes
Method # 1
start here
-https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_assets_owned_by_Gannett
1st: look for your state or a state near you
2nd: click on a city or newspaper under that state
3rd: look right to see "info box" with name of newspaper
4th: click on url of website, just to the right of the word: Website
go to 5th paragraph to continue
Method # 2
start here
-https://www.gannett.com/local-brands-map/
1st: select a state from the dropdown menu
2nd: use map to access the newspaper (text names are not clickable)
3rd: click + to enlarge map; drag map to see state; mouseover a dot to see name of newspaper
4th: click on that dot to access that newspaper website
go to 5th paragraph to continue
5th: when page loads, change the URL
remove www. and insert gannettcontests
between the site name. and .com
Example: State: Florida
