HOW TO ENTER:

There are two (2) ways to receive entries into the Sweepstakes.

INITIAL ENTRY:

Federal or State Tax Refund Direct Deposit Entry: Make a qualifying electronic direct deposit of your federal or state tax refund of $5 or more during the Sweepstakes Period to your personal card account for one of the following cards: Green Dot Visa® Debit Card (sold in retail stores only), Green Dot Visa® Debit Card (sold at a Financial Service Center or Currency Exchange only), Green Dot Pay As You Go Visa® Debit Card, Green Dot Cash Back Visa® Debit Card, Green Dot Unlimited Cash Back Bank Account, Green Dot branded reloadable prepaid Visa® or Green Dot branded reloadable prepaid Mastercard® cards, Green Dot Affinity Brands card (NASCAR, Halogen), Green Dot® 5% Cash Back Visa® Debit Card, GO2bank™ Visa® Debit Card, GoBank branded Mastercard® or GoBank branded Visa® Debit Cards and TaxSlayer Visa® Debit Card, (each, a “Card”) and receive one (1) entry for such qualifying direct deposit. The dollar value of your eligible tax refund will not increase or decrease your chances of winning a prize. Cards purchased at a tax professional's office are excluded. PLEASE NOTE: A qualifying electronic deposit of a federal or state tax refund is dependent upon the date on which the qualifying electronic deposit has been posted to the respective Card account. In order to qualify as an entry in an Entry Period, the eligible electronic deposit of a federal or state tax refund must be posted to the respective Card account by 11:59 PM ET on the end date of the applicable Entry Period. A direct deposit of a federal or state tax refund posted to the respective Card account after 11:59 PM ET on April 30, 2024, will not be considered an entry into this Sweepstakes. See applicable cardholder or deposit account agreement for Card terms and conditions.

TO ENTER WITHOUT A CARD OR TAX REFUND DIRECT DEPOSIT:

Mail-in Entry: To enter without having or using a Card
or making a Tax Refund Direct Deposit,

on a plain 3” x 5” card, legibly print or type

your name, age, complete address, city, state, zip code,
home phone number (including area code), and email address (if any).

Then, mail your 3” x 5” card in a postage-affixed sealed envelope to:

“2024 $50K Fast Tax Payout Sweepstakes”, P.O. Box 429, Newark, NY 14513

Mail-in entries must be postmarked and received
by the dates indicated in the Entry Period Chart
in the “ENTRY PERIODS” section of these Official Rules
to be eligible for the applicable Entry Period drawing.

Limit of ten entries per Entrant
for each Entry Period, regardless

Entrants may only use one Card and one email address
to participate in this Sweepstakes.


Prizes:

there are four entry periods

(25) Entry Period Prize Winners per Entry Period
will each receive $500 (each an “Entry Period Prize”).

If an Entry Period Prize Winner has an open Card account,
the Entry Period Prize will be credited to his/her Card account.

In the event that an Entry Period Prize Winner
does not have an open Card account, the Entry Period Prize
will be awarded in the form of a check.
