The Bauducco Back to School Sweepstakes

Within the Sweepstakes Period, there are ten Weekly Entry Periods
and ten corresponding Weekly Random Drawings (each, a “Drawing”)
as defined in the “Weekly Entry Periods & Drawings Schedule” below.

Entries must be received during a Weekly Entry Period
to be eligible for that Weekly Entry Period’s drawing and prizes.

Non-winning entries for a Weekly Entry Period
will roll over to subsequent Weekly Entry Periods.

including the District of Columbia (D.C.), who are age 18 or older
at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands,
all other U.S. Territories and Possessions, outside the 50 U.S./D.C.,
and wherever else prohibited by law.

Entries must be received between Saturday, July 20, 2024 at 12:00:00 AM ET
and Monday, September 30, 2024 at 11:59:59 PM ET.

Limit: One Entry per person regardless of whether
entrant has more than one email address.


PRIZES:

Weekly Prizes: There are 1,000 Weekly Prizes available to be won
as indicated in the “Weekly Entry Periods & Drawings Schedule”
within the “Sweepstakes Entry Periods” section of these Official Rules.

Each Weekly Prize winner (each, a “Weekly Prize Winner”) will receive
one (1) $50 JanSport e-Gift Card. The ARV of each Weekly Prize is: $50.


Grand Prize: There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won.
One (1) Grand Prize winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”)
will receive $25,000 cash, to be awarded in the form of a check.
The ARV of the Grand Prize is: $25,000.


The total ARV of all prizes available to be won in this Sweepstakes: $75,000.

There is a limit of one (1) Weekly Prize per person.

It is possible for a Weekly Prize Winner
to win the Grand Prize.
